THOR’s fractional leadership program is typically priced based on the number of employees, workstations, laptops, and servers as well as the type of network and cloud infrastructure. THOR charges a monthly fee for services with emergency after-hours billed hourly.

Unlike a full-time employee, THOR is not here to punch a timecard.  You are paying a flat monthly fee for our knowledge, expertise, and leadership. There is no minimum hourly investment or maximum, aside from holiday and after-hours support

Every client’s needs are different.  Our CISO clients typically want to see cybersecurity reporting and audits, our CIO clients typically want general leadership, guidance, and advice, and our CTO clients often need help with strategy and sometimes even sales or sales engineer training. Before beginning an engagement, you will meet with THOR leadership, discuss goals and milestones, and determine deliverables.

Adding a Fractional leader to your team is typically a “long term” investment with our average contract being longer than 6 months.  However, we are happy to negotiate contracts as little as one month.  We also offer a “day rate” which is typically utilized for clients needing an incident response leader.
